Why do I receive "Key is already used" message when I try to activate Mobiola Remote Control on the second PC?

According to our license - you can use only one activation key for one PC with multiple devices. If you want to register Mobiola Video Studio on your second PC you should contact us by e-mail to support@warelex.com with attachment of your order details.

Can I upgrade the software for free?
|

Yes, you can download and install new versions of Mobiola Remote Control for free, registration information will be preserved during the installation even if you previously uninstalled the old version.

What should I do to install Mobiola Remote Control to my device?
|
Mobiola Remote Control automatically installs to your device if you selected this option while installation to PC. Otherwise:
Go to application`s folder (C:\Program Files\Mobiola “Application name” – by default)and run “.sis” file . You will be prompted to install an application to your device.

When I try to activate the software I receive "There is no Internet connection available..." message. How can I register the software in this case?
|
Most probably you are behind the proxy or do not have Internet connection at all. In these cases we are doing offline registration procedure, please do the following:
- 1) Go to Start->Run
- 2) Paste and copy there following command line (with inverted commas):
"C:\Program Files\Mobiola Remote Control for S60\RemoteControlServer.exe" REGISTER
We need Hardware Fingerprint number from the dialog that you will see after running this command. Please send your Hardware Fingerprint by e-mail to support@warelex.com along with your order details and we will generate you the offline registration code.

How long can I use trial copy of Mobiola Remote Control application?
|
|
You are free to use trial copy of Mobiola Remote Control for 3 days. Until you have used all the conversion attempts application will be in free trial mode.

I can not establish Bluetooth/USB connection. What should I do?
|
You should make sure that your device (or bluetooth adaptor) is connected to your PC, and PC Suite can detect your device.
Also select correct COM port in Tools->Options->COM Port Settings ("COMx (Bluetooth)" - for bluetooth connection and "COMx (USB)" for USB connecton, where "x" is a number of the port).
If your device (or bluetooth adaptor) is connected and you selected correct COM port but still have no connection please, go to user`s manual (Help ->Mobiola Remote Control Help).
